The conference centre
Located in the heart of Belgium, the Euro Space Center in Transinne is a flagship educational and scientific facility dedicated to space exploration. Each year, it welcomes around 15,000 young participants from 35 different nationalities, who take part in specialized courses lasting from 3 to 5 days.
Beyond its training activities, the Center also attracts over 120, 000 visitors annually, offering interactive exhibitions and immersive experiences that inspire curiosity and provide a deeper understanding of the wonders of space and the science of space travel. Thanks to its unique combination of education, outreach, and innovation, the Euro Space Center has become a benchmark in Europe for space awareness and learning.
The Euro Space Center boasts a state-of-the-art auditorium with 150 seats, including four specially designed for people with reduced mobility. Equipped with a 30:10 large-format screen, the space offers exceptional flexibility for a wide variety of presentations, from conferences and workshops to immersive educational sessions.
A Smart Board interactive screen further enhances engagement, enabling dynamic and hands-on experiences for participants. In addition, the auditorium is fitted with professional recording capabilities, ensuring that every session can be captured and shared, making it a truly cutting-edge venue for both in-person and virtual audiences.
Transinne (Libin)
Nestled within the municipality of Libin, in the Belgian province of Luxembourg, Transinne stands as an emblematic locale where historical charm meets the forefront of space innovation. EURO SPACE CENTER
The Euro Space Center also provides shared accommodation in dormitory-style rooms.
There are 2 rooms available, each with six beds, for a total of 12 places.
Each room has its own shared bathroom.
The price is €45 (VAT included) and covers overnight accommodation, breakfast, and dinner.
Reservations must be made no later than November 15.
Shuttle
A daily round-trip shuttle service will be provided from the hotels to the Euro Space Center. Please note that the shuttle will not stop at the Quartier Latin hotel.
